Our dinner

If breakfast is the most extraordinary moment, dinner is the most intimate and evocative time of the Giulia Hotel experience.
You can choose to dine on the veranda overlooking the sea in front of the sunset, where every evening you will enjoy the fish, meat and vegetarian menus prepared by chef Fabrizio Schiattarella and his brigade.
The service is attentive but discreet, so you leave the right space to enjoy the atmosphere of the sea.

The food as a knowledge of the territory of Versilia is also the theme of special evenings that weekly put on the table the old recipes of our ancestors.
If you are celiac, intolerant, if your baby wants food at home or simply you have unusual requests to do, we can do it.

The Ghigo

“Fish with ingredients from the world”.

Ghigo is the only fish-only fusion restaurant in Versilia. Here you can try Thai-influenced dishes such as Phad Thai, or the Peruvian Pescado chevice, the Lovester: the Louisiana-blue lobster, the Oriental Fish and many other dishes of fusion influence from Asia and America.

From the 16th of November 2017 Ghigo holds the Michelin Guide award with 1 dish and 2 forks.
